Swine Daily sleduje inovatívne vydavateľstvo z Budapešti už niekoľko rokov, na ich webe nájdeme viacero hudobných premiér či rozhovorov. Teraz sa ich cesty spojili aj naživo a v Kabinete Múz predstavia spoločný audio-vizuálny program. Zaffer 9 (Helena Hájková & Viktor Jenčus) je nové hudobné duo, ktoré dekonštruuje post-internetovú-meme-hyperpop estetiku a mieša ju s komplexnými elektronickými beatmi. Ak máte radi Brutalismus 3000, Arcu, Dorian Electra či Sophie, odporúčame. Za Exiles prídu priamo z Budapešti dvaja talentovaní producenti yibai a asvanyviz2. yibai (Dávid Gerlei) vydal na Exiles svoj jedinečný debut “Rianás”. Popri hudbe študuje elektronickú hudbu a multimédiá na Univerzite v Pécsi. asvanyviz2 produkuje hudbu vyše 5 rokov. Žije ďaleko v maďarskom vidieku a ako hovorí, jeho štýl je silno ovplyvnený objavovaním SoundCloud zákutí a online globálnych hudobných komunít.

asvanyviz2’s music is symptomatic of the digital/online music cultures that lurk in the black waters of Soundcloud profiles and NYP Bandcamp uploads: tough genreless beats break the surface of emotional maturity and instability, launching from hybrid-club workouts to ambient gabber with dashes of breakcore percussion littering the background. Their second EP „brain fog” was released on Exiles Electronics last year, documenting a strange confusing period in the artist’s life. You can also find asvanyviz2’s music on different compilations released by 111records, formforum, and Exiles Electronics.

yibai is a first-year electronic music and media arts student at The University of Pécs, he performs post-industrial and experimental electronic music. His debut EP ‘Rianás’ came out on EXILES in February.

● Zaffer 9

Zaffer 9 (Helena Hajkova and Viktor Jencus) released their debut album MILK on Weltschmerzen label on March 2023. MILK is a compound of various genres, although one that possibly stands out the most is witch house mixed with elements of hyperpop. This strange combination of playfulness and darkness corresponds with the way the album progresses in time. As a living creature it ages from silly glitchy sounds and high-pitched vocals to raw noises mixed with distorted screaming, just to be put down with a lullaby at the very end.
