FOQL and VJ Copy Corpo
Improvisational AV duo of Justyna Banaszczyk and Darek Pietraszewski. Their collaboration results in a synergic merger of sound and image - both of analogue provenance. Pulsating electronic rhythms, field recordings and tape music - all cached within organic tones, overflowing with saturated visuals, exploring the dimensions of analogue glitch and psychedelia. The Warsaw-based duo often uses transparent screens to make their performances even more sparse, direct and multidimensional.

Justyna Banaszczyk (FOQL) is a key figure in the contemporary Polish electronic scene. Her music brings to mind IDM and industrial, but its most distinctive features are complex rhythms and often harsh sounds, constant exploration and contradicting the artist’s own musical identity – a trait that is reflected by her largely improvised live performances. Darek Pietraszewski, also known as Copy Corpo, is an improviser and promoter of independent music, as well as co-founder of the cassette label Pointless Geometry. He makes music using electronic and electroacoustic objects. Together with Justyna Banaszczyk, he co-organizes the Warsaw concert series focused on experimental music – “V/A – Various Artist”. As VJ Copy Corpo, he creates visualizations based on feedback and VHS footage, working within the aesthetics of analogue glitch and psychedelic color structures. In his improvised sets he uses analogue video mixers, video cameras and other peripheral devices.

MCHY I POROSTY
In his solo project known as Mchy i Porosty ("Mosses and Lichens") Bartosz Zaskórski dives into synth-driven old-school house beats and atmospheric soundscapes, producing melancholic yet danceable tunes that contain a perfect balance of light and darkness. He has released music in numerous record labels (Brutaz, Transatlantyk, Kikimora Tapes, Pointless Geometry, Recognition Records) and collaborated as an illustrator with others (Forbidden Planet, CGI Records, Instant Classic).

KUKLA
Nikol Štrobachová aka Kukla pochází z Prahy a v současné době sídlí v Brně, kde je členkou kolektivu modulárních bastlířů Bastl Instruments. Znát ji můžete například z instruktážních videí Patchení s Nikol. V rámci své lektorské činnosti vede Nikol skupinu žen s názvem Pink Noise v kurzu zaměřeném především na modulární syntezátory a také spolupracuje se spolkem Synth Library Prague.
Její vlastní tvorba stojí na pomalých beatech a vrstvení atmosferických zvuků, ale také samplování a modifikování zvuků zvířat a lidí jejího okolí. Při tvorbě využívá zapojení rostlin a syntezátorů, s nimiž tvoří experimentální zvukové plochy.
